Our Services
Care built around the person
Home Care (Domiciliary Care)
We adapt each care plan to your schedule and changing needs, so support arrives at times that suit you. Whether you need:
- A brief daily check-in, or
- Several visits throughout the day
we can arrange the level of support that’s right for you or your loved one.
Continuity of Care
As your circumstances change, your support changes with you. There’s no need to move home or switch to a new provider.
Staying at Home
Our person-centred approach gives you and your family stability and reassurance, so you can stay comfortably and securely in the home you love.

Our home care service provides highly personalised support, delivered in the comfort and familiarity of a person’s own home.
Supported Living:
Support is matched to the individual and changes as their needs change. Whether someone needs:
- A few hours of support each day, or
- Round-the-clock assistance
our aim is the same: to build independence, not dependency.
Home and Tenancy
Everyone we support has their own tenancy, whether in their own home or a shared property. We arrange support around them, so they get the help they need without giving up the home they’ve chosen.
Day-to-Day Life
People stay in charge of their living situation and daily routines. Support adapts as they develop new skills and confidence.

Supported living helps people keep their independence in their own home or a shared property, with personalised support built around what they need.
Specialist Support
Additional Services
These services can be delivered as part of a home care or supported living package, or arranged on their own where more focused support is needed.
Overnight Care
Overnight care provides support through the night, in one of two forms:
- Sleeping-in: a carer is on hand if needed
- Waking night support: for people who need more frequent assistance
Overnight care keeps people safe through the night, with a carer on hand whenever they need help.
Respite Care
Family carers take on a significant responsibility, and everyone needs a break sometimes. Our respite care provides temporary, planned cover so that family members can rest, attend appointments or take time away, knowing their loved one is in safe hands.
Respite can be arranged on a regular or one-off basis.
Dementia Care
Supporting someone living with dementia takes patience, specialist knowledge and a person-centred approach. Our care workers have dedicated dementia training, covering:
- Communication techniques
- Strategies for maintaining dignity and independence
We work closely with families and adapt our approach as the condition progresses.
Companionship Care
Our companionship care provides regular, meaningful social interaction, including:
- Shared activities
- Accompaniment on outings
It can be delivered on its own or alongside a wider care package, to help reduce isolation and support connection to the community.

Care Fees & Funding
Understanding your options
These services can be delivered as part of a home care or supported living package, or arranged as standalone provision where more focused support is needed.
Local Authority Funding
If you have been assessed by your local authority and have an eligible care need, funding may be available through a direct payment or personal budget. We accept local-authority-funded packages.
NHS Continuing Healthcare
If your care needs are primarily health-related, you may be eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare funding. We can support the application process and provide the necessary documentation.
Private Funding
Many of our clients fund their care privately. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden charges, and are happy to discuss costs openly before any commitment.
How it works
You can contact us directly, or your local authority social worker, GP, or hospital discharge team can make a referral on your behalf. We are happy to talk through options informally before any formal referral is made.
