Gracious 10 Supported Living believes in enjoying a purposeful life and realising one’s full potential. Therefore, individuals with mild to moderate learning disabilities and enduring mental health problems are no exception when it comes to living ordinary and fulfilling lives.

We provide supported living services for such individuals, supporting them to lead the life they desire, where every day can bring something new. Our staff recognises the importance of treating each person as an individual with a unique range of aspirations and interests.

We work with you to achieve your personal aims and goals, developing a personalised plan to ensure you receive the appropriate local support in the community.

We provide the following services and more, These are not in any order and can and will be customised to give you independence

Finances and budgeting.

Should a client require support with grocery and household shopping and basic budgeting we are glad to be of assistance. This assistance will equip them with the necessary skill for budgeting and simple decision-making. We support and encurage residents to engage in lifestyle activities that bring meaning to their lives.

Cooking, cleaning and shopping

We can assist in the preparation of meals. Our highly trained staff will even recommend a dietary plan which of course is 100% your preference. Our staff is highly effective and friendly, they will go shopping for the clients or accompany them. 

Personal care and medication

We assess the individual needs of each person and collaborate with them, their families, local GPs, and other health and social care professionals to provide holistic support. This includes assistance with medication administration and health-related tasks as outlined in the Care Plan. We also aid in accessing and registering with health services, and encourage positive relationships between clients, their families, and the community. Additionally, we provide assistance with dressing/undressing, bathing, skincare, grooming, toileting, using incontinence aids, and maintaining hygiene.

Health, safety and security

All our clients are ensured a safe living environment and are cared for by staff trained in health and sickness management. Our team is available to assist with walking, travelling, and escorting to appointments or other destinations.

Community involvement

We offer regular, complimentary courses covering a variety of subjects including gardening, cooking, health and well-being, mental health, and computing. These courses are designed to nurture and develop our clients’ talents. Additionally, we organise frequent events encompassing cultural activities like museum visits, cognitive activities such as library visits, and activities to boost self-esteem, including charity work.

Developing hobbies and interests

Our clients are encouraged to participate in leisure and health activities that promote their mental well-being as well as rehabilitation programs. Our clients as supported with accessing leisure and health facilities to promote healthy lifestyles.
